How do I disable the Power-On Authentication feature on my HP ZBook Studio G5 laptop?

At some point (I don't remember how or when) the "Power-On Authentication" feature was activated. This is something I probably don't need, and I find it annoying to have to scan my fingerprint, sometimes multiple times, just to get into my laptop and start using it. Worse yet, I began getting the error message, "Fingerprint not recognized. Please swipe again." I eventually solved the second issue (after finally getting in) by deleting all fingerprint recognition data and then re-scanning my fingerprints. I still have not found a way to simply disable the "Power-On Authentication" feature so that I don't even need to deal with this issue in the first place. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
