Hi,
You can not actually disable the Uefi boot. However you can enable legacy boot to boot off pendrive or other media.
Go to "advanced" and secure boot options and enable legacy boot and disable secure boot in the "curtain"Tab
Go to boot order and see if legacy boot is ticked and make sure the media you want to boot from shows in the list.
Hope it helps,
David

If you are on a new sort of BIOS then most of the existing documentation at HP doesnt seem familiar yo you however the document
https://support.hp.com/lv-en/document/c04784866 will finally tell you how to proceed and my, havent they hidden that information well.
It's basically a 2step approach but it does work.
