Hello. I have a disk problem. After checking it with Smart Check and I found out that there is a problem with Short DST. It says: Short DST: FAILED. Failure ID: 9LMAOW-8KVA5T-XD7X6K-60VA03. Can you provide assistance please.

That code most likely means that your hard drive has died and needs to be replaced -- but the code you entered is invalid and we can't check it.
