HP ProBook 6560b
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I will start off by saying I’m not very technical so if I may not understand everything your saying.
The problem is on boot up it is telling there is a disk read error and to press Ctrl alt delete to restart and when I do I am taking back to that screen I have looked it up and saw people saying to move hardware up in the bios but I don’t know what that meant so any help would be brilliant, it is an old machine as I rely on it heavily and don’t have the money to change.
the product name is HP ProBook 6560b

and the product number is LY445ET#ABU

Please help

Thank you in advance

I will also add now that I have located the diagnostic area and have ran the 3 tests the results are.

Start-up Test: failed      Disk not installed

Run-in Test: failed     Disk not installed

Hard Disk Test: failed     Disk not installed

however I have ran these tests a few times while sitting here and sometimes they do say passed
