hey there hp community, i've noticed that out of all the HP laptops that I own/have worked on, they all don't boot from USB 3 devices. they show up in the boot manager just fine when connected under a USB 2.0 connection, so i'm just wondering if this is exclusive to older HPs? or if this is across HP laptops both old and new, that they don't boot from USB 3 devices. Is there a secret toggle to allow booting from USB 3??
for reference, i've tested this on a Elitebook folio 9480m, Elitebook 820 G3 and a Probook 11 G1
any wisdom or pointers would be appreciated 🙏🙏
