Do not ever buy an HP Envy (or any other HP laptop) from Best Buy. I spent more than $1200 less than a year ago, the computer is broken and I received zero support from HP or Best Buy. Impossible to read a serial number! If the number is at the back of the laptop, the laptop is grey, the letters are grey and very small, not even possible to read anything even when taken a photo.
As I am waiting for more than 15 minutes to get support from HP - inexistent - I use this time to provide feedback and hopefully help others from making the big mistake to be a HP or Best Buy customer.
And I was waiting for HP tech support reply on my phone, they hung on me. This is a good indication of the NO Service that HP provides.

The computer was not powering on. It died peacefully.
I went to @Best Buy Galleria (Houston) August 21st. They kindly offered that I paid $85 to send my laptop to repair, to later received the quote. Since I paid $200 less than a year ago to receive general technical support, they offered to back up my information for that same $85 cost. The repair was going to take between 2 to 3 weeks.. They also mentioned that the motherboard was probably damaged.
They also kindly offered that I buy another computer (!) that I was going to be able to return in 60 days, supposedly after my original $1200 computer was repaired.
Today, August 22nd, I decided to go to @MicroCenter (Houston), In less than 5 minutes they solved my problem with no cost!!! They just put the battery of my laptop off - it is an internal battery - and the computer happily returned to life.
No comments added. @Best Buy (Galleria) you should be ashamed for your no service. Do not ever go to @Best Buy (Galleria) if you have a problem with your computer. They called themselves Geek Squad? My goodness! Call yourself WeOnlyCare About Money.

(1) Great to hear, so you/(MicroCenter) will have to replace the battery !
(2) To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !
It looks something like this:
You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters.
The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information about the computer. This is not sensitive data.
It is allowed to publish it in public.
(3) I will give you detailed information what are the next steps ...
Kind regards

Thanks for the reply.
The battery was not replaced. The computer is doing fine after disconnecting the battery and connecting the battery again.
I think I mentioned before that the serial number S/N is written in grey over a silver computer in very small letters. Impossible to read! I could read it after taking several photos and maximizing.
Be sustainable HP! Use another color for the letters and/or bigger letters. This is a no brainer.
Kudos to Micro Center Houston. Incredible bad service from Best Buy Galleria Houston. HP customer support not working.
