Hello there. This is where i find myself stuck. I purchased a used hp mini 1000 laptop and previous owner could not remember passwords and such . so i started up the laptop and using codes from online was able to unlock the initial password to get into the computer but it is now asking for an admin password upon windows xp startup. I am unsure what should be my next step . Could you please send me some suggestions or advice? It would be greatly appreciated. Oh yes , also the error code it is giving is CNU9247KJL when i tried to enter a password after restarting the laptop and pressing F10 button which took me to the BIOS set up system and right to the scrren to enter a password with no other options. I anxiously await your response. Thank you
