Product: HP Spectre 15-ch000 x360

Getting the 5 slow blinks and 3 fast blinks on my caps lock.  Won't boot up, black screen.  Power light LED is on.

Hi,

The 5:3 coder usually indicates a problem with the motherboard or BIOS. 

HP Desktop PCs - Computer beeps or a light blinks during startup

You can also try to recover the BIOS
