Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I found this notebook in a dumpster but I can't get past the sign in page. Also when I turn it on it gives me a warning that says " this is an ET Investments computer system and is the property of ET Investments. It is for authorized used only. I knows her eyes are a proper use of this system may result in disciplinary action and civil and criminal penalties. By using this system you agree to this. All connections to this machine or logged." But I literally found it in the trash. Is there any way that I can still use this computer?

@Jurpiful88

This is a COMPANY PC that their IT department has locked up TIGHT -- and we can not assist you in removing or bypassing those locks.

What you will have to do is take this to a local laptop service outfit and see if THEY will remove those locks for you.
