Product: HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G1 Notebook PC
Hello! I was trying to use the custom logo feature in the bios of my laptop but it said that "Drivelock and custom logo are not compatible features" I didn't even have a Drivelock password. so I made a Drivelock password that was literally "0" for both the user and master password and when I went to disable it my password wasn't "0" anymore. I'm 100% sure I typed in 0 as both passwords!!! also, I can still use my bios and boot into Linux or other operating systems as long as they are running off a USB. All of my SSD data seems to be gone or hidden because of the Drivelock. What should I do?
