Does there happen to be an external device connected to your notebook when the auto restarts and error message appear?

How about configuring your notebook to produce automatic memory dumps.  Once that is done you can provide memory dumps to see which hardware device has drivers that are causing the power state failure.

  • In the search box, type in the phrase "Control Panel".
  • Click on the Control Panel icon to invoke it.
  • In the control panel, find  the System topic. Click on System.
  • In the left hand column. click on Advanced system settings.
  • In the System properties window look for the Startup and recovery section and click on Settings.
  • Under System failure, ensure that the dropdown says Automatic Memory dump and that the Dump file is identified as %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP. Overwrite any existing file should have a checkmark in the box.
  • Click on OK.

The next time an error happens, you can go to the dump file location and copy the entire file to notepad and post it here in your thread or  provide a link to the memory dump text file stored in your favorite cloud storage. (i.e. DropBox or OneDrive)

You can have the file analyzed on your own if you like at http://www.osronline.com/page.cfm?name=Analyze and post the result here.

If this sort of troubleshooting is a bit over the top for you, an available option is to save important files to an external storage device and then reinstall Windows 10.
