15s-du1xxx and 14ser0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased two laptop (15s-du1xxx and 14ser0xxx)  for my children.They are students of Kerala state,India.In Kerala ICT subjects are in Ubuntu 18.04.We cannot install Ubuntu 18.04 in both laptop. I request hp to give any information for installation of dual booting. No information given by HP technicians. I am a teacher in Kerala state,India. I am teaching ICT subject also. We have 4 computers. Three of them are HP.I can installed Ubuntu 18.04 in one HP laptop. If possible please check the facebook "https://www.facebook.com/dasan.mpm".  I am also worked as an ICT trainer. Simply I can say that "My purchasing (HP laptop) option is very bad. What information can I give to the teachers about HP India in my ICT Training class.

I'm sorry, but HP only warranties their PCs for usage with the OS that comes preinstalled.

IF you replace that with a Linux distro, or add a Linux distro, then you assume full responsibility for maintaining that -- including solving any problems with booting the other OS and/or installing the other OS.

Modern PCs with UEFI, instead of the older BIOS, are especially difficult to install because you have to go into the UEFI settings and make several changes before you can even boot from a USB stick -- and we are unable to assist in that work.

Your best bet for support now is to contact the support forum of the distro you are using.
