Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Have tried hard reset, has lights under screen,capslock and numlock LEDs blink continuously. Help please!! thanks

Hi Cheryl. Thks for answering. Yes the caps lock and num lock LEDs, blink continuously,with no pause
