Hi everyone,

Two days ago I opened my computer to Windows telling me that Something went wrong and your pin isn't available( code: 0x80280013). It told me to restart, and that's what I did. However, it never turned back on. There's no charging light, no response to the power button, no sound, no BIOS, no caps lock blinking light, nothing. I've opened it up and unplugged and replugged the battery and reinserted the SSD to no avail, and tried multiple chargers and charging ports. The battery was at 90% when this happened as well. I would blame the motherboard, but it all happened so fast that I haven't given up hope. All others with the same Windows error code haven't experienced this, so I don't even know if the two problems are related. What is my next step / any ideas of what broke?

Thanks 🙂

Update: I had someone look at the computer with a voltmeter and they said it's still receiving power, but it's probably motherboard water damage. I'm guessing the TPM got hit and that's why the Windows error occurred 🙂
