Hi there.
I purchased my Spectre Convertible Laptop about 2 months ago, and I started few weeks ago to experience this very unusual problem.
Long story short, when the computer is charging and the cable is correctly inserted, after a few minutes, the skin of my forearm touching the computer frames goes under electricity shock, coming from the frame itself, and it became more and more noticeable, therefore I decided to contact you.
The frame is not hot to touch and is not burning. This issue doesn't present if the charger is not plugged in, and the computer is not charging.
I still have warranty on it, so I'd like to know your opinion and what would be the next step to sort this issue out.
Thank you so much.
