Suddenly Windows doesn't want to boot. This screen comes up and no response.

It's not going to respond as long as the circle of dots continues -- as it is busy.

 

How long does it stay like that?

@WAWood

This screen stays around a minute and then reboot into diagnostic mode. I run few of the repair commands thru cmd prompt but they haven't found any issues or corrupted system. Safe mode boot normally. These are the commands I run:

sfc /scannow

DISM/Online /Cleanup-image /checkhealth and scanhealth

Now I could boot the system with older nvidia driver. Newest driver gives me that screen, why?
