Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I've updated yesterday to Windows 11 23H2 on my business laptop, an Elitebook 745 G6. After the update that ran fine, everything was well, nothing to mention. Today, I left the laptop a couple of times, and when it went into lock mode and the screens turned off, the laptop crashed with an HP POST error.

This happened twice today on the same situation.

First time after I pressed power to turn off and again to turn ON, it asked for the Bilocker encryption key and then booted normally. 2nd time, after pressing the power button twice, it booted normally without the Bitlocker encription key screen.

I took two photos when it crashed the 2nd time of the POST messages - the first is the "device not found"; when I pressed enter I got the 2nd POST message. Event log does not show any special error messages besides the ones related with unplanned shutdown...

Can someone help me with this? Thanks!

Regards.
