Elitebook 840 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every time when booting I get this error: Real-Time Clock (RTC) Power loss (005), then it allows me to boot.

Any ideas?

Normally RTC has a very long life. Do you have 3 years warranty on your machine ?  Please use page 55 of the following manual to re-seat the RTC battery

Your machine is around 18 months old, please check its warranty. If it is covered, please contact HP for a replacement.

Regards.

Unfortunately there is no warranty. I will try to seat the cmos battery and see if it fixes the issue.
