Product: Elitebook 8470p
Hi,
My HP Elitebook 8470p suddenly stopped turning on. I connected the AC Power thinking that battery might be low.
For 8470p, we have four LEDs on the front (Wifi, Power, AC Power, and Hard disk).
When I pressed power button, AC Power LED (with lightening icon) blinked once and then Power LED (white) and Hard disk LED (Orange) stay on combined for five second. After 5 seconds, both LEDs go off and AC Power LED (with lightening icon) blinks back. This pattern goes on and on.
I tried all the help online and also tried to do a hard reset by pressing power button upto 1 minute after removing battery and AC power but nothing worked.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
