Good morning friends.
I need your help. I have a friend who wants to add a little more life to his elitebook 8570P laptop.
We want put more RAM in it and we wanted to clone the HD . I have the feeling that it is in BIOS mode and not UEFI mode and I cannot boot into UEFI mode.
When I tried to access the BIOS, I realized that he does not have the key, nor does he remember.
Even without removing the battery, the battery and without power for more than 2 hours I have achieved it.
The S/N and UUID are as follows.
S/N [Personal Information Removed]
UUID 7D0CC23A2213E211A1128284B9000083
I would be extremely grateful if someone could tell me how to remove the administrator password.
Thank you in advanced
