Elitebook 8570p doesn't boot up but lights come on

Product: Elitebook 8570p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

One day when turning on my HP laptop, all the LEDs except the HDD light were lit up, but the screen remained off and the system wasn't booting. It was also completely silent, and the fans ramped up to 100 after about 1-2 minutes out of no where. I haven't dropped it, no water damage etc, so what could be the problem? I also tried connecting an external display but that did nothing either : (
