Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Trying to install a new SDD and get it to boot from cd i made. Had it ask for BIOS admin password and didnt know it, now can't get it back to that screen to do the "hit enter 3 times and post halt id" thing. Every time I push f10 to get to BIOS i only get (System Diagnostic) screen. If i push ESC i get to  startup screen that has  [F1] Sys Info [F2] System Diag [F7] Sparekey [F9] Boot device options(which doesnt show CD drive and doesnt work on expandable or upgradeable drive whatever it was) [F10  BIOS and it takes me to system diagnostics. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok so i got it to where i can enter passcode again. I

hit enter 3 times, it comes to onscreen keyboard, i hit enter again and get "Authentication Failed" System locked press power button to restart the system. How do i get the halt id?
