Hello, I have received a problem with my laptop. When I turn it on, the screen goes black and a blue box in the middle appears. It asks me for a password I do not know and then gives me system disabled with it saying 87202433. Can anybody please tell me how to fix this. Thank you

Unfortunately, HP does not permit us to help in any way with Passwords,  That includes Windows or BIOS passwords.
