i cant get passed the "Enter Administrator Password or Power on password" page when i turn on my laptop iv tried several passwords and keep getting different codes each time i shut it off and try again. my current code is

A [5CF759C0]

Welcome to the HP Support Community @LachlanMander 

 

For that model and (HEX) code you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to generate your Master code from your “SYSTEM DISABLED CODE”

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

 

I have also heard that some have had success removing the RTC/BIOS battery???
