Enter Administrator Password or Power On Password

As soo an I power on my laptop, it starts beeping and displays a blue window with the following message:

Enter Administrator Password or Power On Password.

I tried few with no luck. After 3 failed attempts, it showed a message which reads as:

"System disabled" with a code 86007797.

Appreciate any help to fix my laptop.

Reboot and enter   39965319
