Product: HP 14-ax010wm

When booting the computer it shows to enter the administrator password or power on password. After entering incorrectly 3 times it gives me the error code that the system is disabled and shows the following code:

[ i 23099371]

 

I have tried several different times and passwords it could possibly be with no luck I have just about given up. Does anyone know how to bypass this error code?
