HP Beats Special Edition 15-p0

Hi there! Can you help me please?  Work laptop is stuck on the Enter administrator password or Power on Password screen.  The key I get after entering wrong password 3 times is C4333924.  This is a HP Beats Special Edition 15-p030nr Notebook PC. Thanks!

Hello @pcrepairshop,

 

Unfortunately, there are no code generators for these Codes

This works on a different Algorithm.

 And normal code generators cannot provide the reset code.

 

 

Please   Contact HP  Notebook support they should be able to send you a customized SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

 

                                   When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

I'm afraid this did not work, and now it is showing a different code. I figure it shows a different code each time I shut it off, or try 3 codes unsuccesfully. The code now is BA679DEA
