Sorry, but we can do nothing for you on this. You have provided us almost no useful information -- but you mention running Windows XP and that has not been supported by Microsoft or by HP for years now.
You could try running diagnostics but even then, this is well out of warranty and having anything fixed will cost you much more than replacing the PC.
In addition, no one carries XP install media, so there is basically no way to reinstall the OS this late.
