HP Streamlaptop 11-yoxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to change my boot order, but have not been able to enter boot menue, None of the suggestions will work. Windows 10 upgrade needs more HDD space. I want to re-install the operating system.

Go to your power settings and look for an option called Fast Startup.  I have seem many computers ignore key presses due to this. Fast Startup is basically just logging off your user and then hibernating your machine. you can also try holding shift and clicking restart to enter the recovery mode. From there select troubleshoot, advanced options, UEFI Options. This should dump you into the menu where you can select the startup menu.

The info furnished was not successful, had a neihbor show me how to keep hitting the escape key as the computer booted up. Then hit F9 to change the boot order.
