Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to reset my laptop containing win 10 64 bit as it became extremely slow. The reset got stuck at 74%. After waiting for around 6 hours I pressed the power key & the laptop was shut down. Then I tried to enter BIOS for recovering my windows but it is not entering BIOS. I tried escape with F10,F9,F11,F12 & many more ways which was known to me to enter BIOS but it didn't. Please help.

Resetting a laptop is not an option when it is getting slow.

Now you need a new installation. So go to MS and download the "Media Creation Tool" for a new installation.

May be 'half-baked' fast startup of Windows 10 is preventing you from entering the BIOS. If possible, remove the battery. Disconnect the external supply. Then connect the battery and try again pressing Esc key or whatever is the key to display boot options/BIOS etc for your model.
