Product: Hp Envy x360 m convertible Model: 15m - ee0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
HP Envy x360 m convertible 15m-ee0013DX.
Will not power on unless battery is disconnected. Tried a brand new battery, same issue. Tried long press of Power Key, same issue.
With battery connected and power adapter connected it will not power on also no light on next to the power jack.
With no battery and power connected light is on next to power jack and it powers on just fine and light on power button lights up.
Both batteries are charged. PC will not power on with either battery connected -- with or without power adapter plugged in.
