Envy x360 Convertible

I am experiencing the dreaded Envy x360 won't turn on issue.  I used it approximately 36 hours ago with no issues.  When I was done with it then, I simply closed the lid.  When I came back to use it this morning, it is completely bricked.

When I press the power button, absolutely nothing happens - no LED light turns on on the power button, no fan spin, no output to external display.  When I plug in the power adapter, the LED next to it was originally showing orange, now showing white, so I don't believe there's an issue getting power into the unit.  My unit does not have an easily removable battery to assist with testing.  It is approximately 20 months old and not under warranty.

The attempts to fix I have performed thus far:

- Hard reboot of holding down the power button for 15-30 seconds.

- CMOS reset with F6 + power and WIN + V + power

- Clean charging port

- Hold power button, plug in power adapter, continue to hold power for additional 7 seconds

- Moving screen to different angles to see if it thinks it's in tablet mode which disables the keyboard

I cannot perform any BIOS updates, boot in safe mode or with a boot disk, run diagnostics, or run Windows repair, as the system does not turn on to recognize those options.

This is not the first time I've had this issue, though I've been able to fix it previously with some of the above steps.  And based on the number of people asking for help with this same issue, it's obviously a known issue with this product line.  Would appreciate assistance.
