HP 2000 Notebook PC
0xc00021a error I read a solution somewhere where I had to copy my desktop to system/my profile and blase blase and restart. Because my computer apps were all gone because I try to verify my microsoft account on my windows 8.1 computer and I sign out and sign back in and that's when the problems as of (my profile is not found in the locations..occurred...but Everytime I start my computer it loads and go to that error page like it's trying to fix my computer and it's like an on going loop...Please help I had this computer since 2014 and I been through black screen of death and I never fail please help!

Hi

 

First of all in 2014 you should have made a Recovery Media, now is the time to use it. 

Then you dont need to buy another one.

 

If you dont have one then find a Library, School, College, Friend or Family member who does have a computer and ...


Download and 'burn'/expand the .iso file to a DVD/USB.

It WONT contain appropriate HP software, like drivers etc.
But may enable a repair to be started.

It didn't help I can get to startup boot thing but when I press f11 to get my system restore it won't work I must deleted my back up or something ....is there anything else..I'm still in this forever loop

How can I download it to get on my computer if my computer will load how logo and it goes into this loop or do I need but this DVD and will it cost $$$
