Product: Spectre notebook

Hi, the notebook HP spectre laptop won’t boot. Error code is boot device not found hard disk 3FO. 

 

I found a link and followed the instructions on there but got stuck at (If Intel Optane is not listed, the computer does not have Optane memory or Optane memory is malfunctioning and cannot be detected. Contact HP Customer Support for further assistance.) https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06201699

 

please help.

Please attempt the below steps: 

Perform a hard reset 

 

Attempt a BIOS recovery  

 

Run the System Diagnostics tests
