Currently my OS is Windows 11 22H2 version, last time I install the wrong BIOS drivers (my bad) the one who I install is for Windows 10 20H2 version (last version before I update to the windows 11). I try search drivers and software for my laptop but there only for Windows 10 (idk why there isn't Windows 11 option although I upgrade the windows from windows update). Can someone help me? Should I rollback the BIOS or reset? If I reset, is it will reset to Windows 11 version or Windows 10 version?

Resetting your PC will not resolve the BIOS issue!
It would reset to the Windows 10. OS version delivered with your laptop
Windows OS is software and BIOS is firmware! They are not the same!
Installing the wrong BIOS is not possible because the BIOS installation checks for compatibility when an installation attempt is made.
Try the Windows key + B key BIOS recovery method.
From and off state with the power adapter connected, hold both keys down and simultaneously press the power button.
Keep holding them down and wait for a response from the laptop. Be patient.
It may take up to 45 seconds for the firmware to respond and a BIOS recovery screen to show.
When you see the screen you can release the keys and wait until the recovery is complete.
Do not disturb this process! If you do disturb it, you will brick your laptop
You can also attempt BIOS recovery with a flash drive
Unfortunately, your laptop was one chosen to have Window 11 support.

Thanks for your recommendation, but I already try it (even twice) but every time I shut down the notebook and unplug the power (my notebook on removal battery now) the error will keep coming. Suddenly the time would got error (even though it can be fixed by sync it) but I should keep sync it every time I start the notebook... is any hardware issue potential?

I have tried to restore the bios (the windows + B) from the tutorial. I also check my HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows and keep saying my drivers already updated. The error 502 will be back if I unplugged the charger from the socket, so I have to charge it whenever I used it or not (in shut down position).

Did the laptop respond to the Win key + B method?
I was serious about having to hold the keys down for up to 45 seconds or more.
Try the method in this video.
