Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

How do I get past this error "Can't open file : x:\sources\recovery\tools\hp\rita-tools\" ,to reset my hp-15 laptop?

Normally X: drive is for Windows update, it is a temporary drive which is controlled by Windows, playing around with it may cause update process gets trouble.

 

If you wish to Reset your machine, please use Cloud Recovery tools
