Laptop won't boot. Keep getting error to use recovery tools but laptop warranty ended last year and I am lost

 Get either 0xc0000034 or 0xc0000225

 

Tried making a boot drive but then it asks for bios admin password and I don't have one. Never set one up. Instructed to change bios password but can not boot to get to the security screen
