Product: Star Wars special edition notebook 15

On start up the laptop had a recovery blue screen that says the device needs to be repaired. “The operating system couldn’t be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors.

 

File:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\mfehidk.sys

Error code: 0xc000007b

 

youll need to use recovery tools.If you don’t have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer”

 

please help my father needs this computer to work from home. I would be able to just reinstall windows and do it myself but I don’t know how to get the special edition Star Wars software and he came to me for it.

Are you able to boot to windows?

Do you get this error only while playing any specific game?
