Hi
So you have a hard drive that functions correctly when connected to a PC, either by a USB caddy or ?????????
But gives a 3F0 when installed in a Laptop. So back it up.
Do the F2 diagnostics and post any 24 character error code please.
Make a USB flash drive and run the laptop from that.

If in doubt please ask.

Literally i tried every thing , after backing it up . I used a bootable USB having windows or ubuntu but my laptop still cant detect the hard disk to install them
i just need to make sure that this isnt a motherboard issue

Which is what the F2 hardware diagnostics are for.
To either generate a 24 character failure code or to PASS.
Is this relevant

So look at Legacy/Secure BIOS settings.
Run a disk checker using the PC, like Gparted.

After doing The diagnosis of hard drive check from the bios , it gives me not installed
no 24 character code or else appears
i made the step of checking the desk through the pc and it was normal with no failures
