Running BCU v. 4.0.18.1 on an EliteBook 820 to enable TPM and recieve the following error: "Configuration file does not start with tag 'BIOSConfig'", which it does. TPM does get enabled regardless of this error. I have the BCU set to enable TPM and set bios password during a MDT deployment - the error occurs whether using MDT or outside testing. Below is my command and the text included in my .REPSET:

BiosConfigUtility.exe /SetConfig:TPMEnable.REPSET /npwdfile:"hpbiospw.bin"

BIOS Config 1.0

TPM Specification Version
1.2

TPM Device
Hidden
*Available

TPM State
Disable
*Enable

Clear TPM
*No
On next boot

TPM Activation Policy
F1 to Boot
Allow user to reject
*No prompts

The command runs fine, enabling TPM and setting the BIOS password, it just produces the error 12 message.

Did anyone actually found a solution/workaround for this?
