HP Pavilion 15-bc016tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everybody!

I'm having a rather annoying problem when I start my laptop.

That is the HP logo has a strange change, it appears almost 3 times bigger than normal!!! Although the device is still starting and running normally.

This error has just appeared today! The day before the computer was started, the HP logo was normal and I did not setting anything for the device. Since this error occurs, my device also has a "plug in, not charging" error :((

Who knows about this error please help? Thank you for reading!!!
