Product: Elitebook folio 9480m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i power onn the laptop...the start up menu is appearing and i have to press ecs button to start the laptop

I get the same on my HP laptops -- but if I wait, 30 seconds or so, it then boots into Windows.

 

If your PC is using an HDD not an SSD, you might have to wait a couple of minutes.

 

But if you wait longer than that and nothing changes, then report that back here.
