Hi, I have some trouble logining in into my HP laptop from the login screen. Whenever I restart my computer, the login screen is blank meaning that there is no password box displayed to enter the password. I tried clicking Ctrl + Alt + Del, and restarting my system but it didn't work. Please help me. The laptop product's name is: HP Pavilion Laptop.

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Community! 🎉
I’m here to help you troubleshoot your issue and get things back on track. Just follow these steps below, and we’ll have you running smoothly in no time:
Try to Restart in Safe Mode
- Power off your laptop.
- Turn it on and immediately press the F8 key repeatedly (if F8 doesn’t work, try Shift + F8).
- Once the Advanced Boot Options menu appears, select Safe Mode using the arrow keys, then press Enter.
- If you can see the login screen in Safe Mode, it might help you troubleshoot the issue.
Perform a Hard Reset
- Power off your laptop.
- Unplug the power adapter and remove the battery (if removable).
- Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds to drain any residual power.
- Reconnect the battery and power adapter and then turn the laptop back on.
Check for Driver or Software Issues
- If the issue persists, it may be a problem with your graphics drivers or a recent software update. In Safe Mode, try rolling back recent updates or updating drivers via the Device Manager.
Perform a Factory Reset (Last Resort)
- If none of the above works, a factory reset might be necessary.
- Power off the laptop, and then press Esc or F11 on startup to enter Recovery Mode.
- Select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC and follow the instructions to reset your laptop.
