Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hii, please help me out. I have purchased HP Notebook - 15-ay503tx from sargam electronics and also got the extended warranty which will expire in 2021 and now my laptop fan has stopped working and soon after that my laptop got locked and now it shows that I need administrator password to get it open but o never set any password or anything and one more issue is that hp website doesn't show my extended warranty period. PLEASE any Hp Support staff mail me or mssg me personal so that I can elaborate my problem.
