A few months ago i took advantage of the extended warranty product and paid £12 for, I believed, three years. My account details keep advising that I can take advantage and extend my warranty and it appears my warranty hasn’t been extended despite paying for it! I have sent emails but these go unanswered. Where do I go from here? Anyone experienced this?

If the extended warranty is not reflected, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region for further assistance.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
