Extremely upset with my HP Touchscreen Laptop Product Number 9YF67UA

HP Recommended
Product Number 9YF67UA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop warranty expired 9 days before my year old touch screen laptop quit working. It will power on and i can hear the fan, then the cap lock will come on and flash 5 slow steady and then 3 rapid fast but will not bootup . ive tried to update bios wont work, tried to go into bios will not work. I am extremely upset with the quality of this laptop. I've been buying HP religously for many years. If HP dont step in and get an extended warranty for a few weeks now out and repair this laptop It will most likely be the last purchase I'll ever do with HP. Im hoping to get some help as I am currently unemployed due to Covid and I use this laptop for job searching. Please help  IMG_20210801_032031_4.jpgIMG_20210801_032043_1.jpg
