Product: ProBook 4535s
Operating System: Other

I bought a refurb ProBook 4535s without an OS. No problem, we have Windows 10 and 11 installers (iso, etc.). However, we need to get into the BIOS to make some changes and F10 does not work.  We tried all the other options (F7), etc. and all of them just bounce you back to System Diagnostics.

 

I know there has to be a BIOS or it wouldn't start at all. Is there a back door?

You might try F1 or F2 or F9. You also might need to do hard reset holding the power button for 5 sec turning the computer on then holding the power button again for 5 secs. Then try the F10 see if that works.
