Product: HP ENVY x360 15 Convertible PC 15-es2000 (4V391AV)

I get the f 30 error msg and i cant fix it with the bios and i did the storge ssd check it says no drive found

I tried it and is not working , i ran the storage check also and it did not pass , it says that there is no drive , i even tried to upload a new windows and same issue it can't see the drive as if it doesn't exist!
