When my laptop is turn on then after showing the logo of HP it is restarted again and again this process is going on and that's why my laptop is unable to get started please help me out. I will be very thankful of you thank you.

Here's an alternative for launching the PC in safe mode:
1) in the start area, enter msconfig
2) when that opens a window, select the Boot tab
3) click the checkbox next to Safe mode
4) Click OK
When the PC reboots, it should automatically boot into safe mode.
When done, you will have to go back into msconfig and clear the checkbox in order to reboot back into normal mode.
