HP ENVY x360 - 15-cn0019tx

Edit: I have an external cooler so my temps are fine.

Is it meant to be common knowledge that:

The system will throttle like ‘this’ if the fan and/or battery aren’t operating properly, such as that I have the warnings before the boot HP logo I.e fan 90B and battery 601, or are these separately reflective of another (more obvious) issue?

Can an HP rep organise a battery replacement under the callback scheme for me?

I fixed it by reinstalling the old fan thank god I didn’t throw it out. It worked for some reason, maybe the heat fixed it. I now get 100% utilisation and everything is back to normal. I wonder if there is something I could’ve learnt about the mechanism: was the 10 second de-throttle/boost something that will still occur but go unnoticed?

This isn’t a rhetorical question. Will buying a new fan and or battery help?
PS don’t download the 2024 win 10 update
